A series of projects at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is being implemented progressively as part of the "Airport City" development, with an investment of more than HK$40 billion to 2030 by Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA). These projects include the Three-runway System, SKYCITY, the phase two development of AsiaWorld-Expo, the expansion of Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities Island and the existing air cargo terminals and more. The development enhances the airport's capacity and functionality of the HKIA, driving demand for talents joining the industry and promoting the sustainable growth of Hong Kong's aviation industry.
